These single-family homes are a continuation of homes that were begun by Livonia Builders and later taken over by Lombardo. Lombardo Homes added three sales in the Arbor Ridge subdivision on the east side of Carpenter south of I-94. While beginning pricing was advertised at $300,000 for the townhouses and $412,000 for the “estates,” the homes on this month’s map sold for $361,305 to $726,690. Pulte’s Pittsfield Glen, off Platt north of Michigan Ave., saw fourteen sales, including both single-family homes (“Estates at Pittsfield Glen”) and townhouses (“Townes at Pittsfield Glen”). Some of the last homes at Pulte’s Inglewood Park at the northwest corner of State and Textile also are on the map. Prices in Bella Vista Estates began in the upper $300,000 range when it was first being developed, though that was before add-ons.
